When should I expect to receive my photos and video?

We know how important it is for you and your families to receive prompt delivery of your photos and video to relive and relive the memories of your special day. We therefore have made prompt and timely delivery of all products one of our top priorities. Your proof album is normally ready within 7-10 business days from the date you provide us your photo selection. Your videos are normally completed within 6-8 weeks after your wedding or special event.

How about our negatives?

We do not charge you extra for your negatives and there is no waiting period to obtain your negatives. To help protect your negatives, we insert them in acid free protective sleeves and encase them in a fully enclosed safety binder.

Do you have backup equipment?

Yes we do. We have both photo and video backup equipment available in case of a major technical problems. We further reduce the risk of technical problems by utilizing new and brand-name products that are proven in the field and have great reliability history.

How do you work with other professionals hired in our wedding?

We are fully cooperative with other professionals at your big event. Can we contact your previous clients for references?

Of course! We will be more than happy to provide you name and phone numbers of previous clients so you can contact prior to making your final decision. To protect privacy of our clients we do not give client information over the phone. Contact information can be provided after our first appointment with you.
